We set an alarm for 7:00am and got up almost an hour later. The night did not require the use of the doona but we both kept the blanket pulled up.
With rain forecast for today, we had planned to stay close to camp and that we did.
Heading into the camp kitchen just before lunch, we secured a couple of tables and eleven chairs so our group could meet for a communal meal later in the day. Several of us stayed in the camp kitchen for lunch followed by a game of Sequence later in the day.
Two vehicles did go out for the day and came back covered in mud.
The group had happy hour before several of us cooked our evening meal in the camp kitchen.
We stayed until just after 7:30pm when there was a break in the rain that allowed us to return to the caravan mostly dry.
With the air conditioning running, we soon warmed up and watched television until close to 10:00pm when we decided to go to bed and enjoy the sound of the rain falling on the caravan.
