The rain had stopped before the alarm sounded but the ground was wet. Deciding we wanted to refuel, we were ready to leave by 8:30am. Just prior to that time, we thought it was going to start raining but the rain was actually fog.
One of the group took off early intending to meet us at Narrandera, we travelled with two other members.
We stopped for morning tea at a great café in Narrandera before choosing a scenic route to our overnight stop in North Wagga Wagga. We had reserved four sites at the Horseshoe Tourist Park.
Our siting in the caravan park was not ideal, and we were given the opportunity to decide if we wanted to stay. Two of the group decided the location was suitable.
After setting up, we watched the soccer match between Australia and Turkey and were happy with the result. We had a late happy hour until the disappearing sun sent us all inside our RV’s. Tonight we ran air conditioning in heat mode as the temperature started to drop.
