We turned the water off last night so there was no puddle in the shower in the morning. We had expected it to be cold overnight, but it was not. Possibly the use of the air conditioning was the reason for the warm night as the caravan is well insulated.
We had expected wet weather when we awoke but it was only overcast.
With Steamtown closed, we elected to spend most of the day in the caravan park. A couple of members of the group went to Magnetic Hill (an optical illusion of the vehicle rolling uphill) and some went to the nearby town of Terowie. In the old days, this was the junction of several different rail gauges but today, except for the railway station, Terowie is a ghost town.
We did some more grocery shopping and refuelled the car. After returning to the caravan park and lunch, we took the opportunity for showers and hair washing.
We had our mandatory happy hour late in the afternoon then returned back to the caravan to watch the A-League (soccer) grand final.
We had toasted sandwiches for our evening meal and then caught up with a couple of episodes on Paramount Plus. Once again, thank you Starlink.
