Up early and departed by 7.45am. We had a bit of a scare with the van as the oil indicator light began flashing. The oil was checked and found to be OK and the light went out immediately the engine was restarted.

The alarm went off at 7.00am but we had woken sometime earlier. The outside temperature was 2 degrees and there were a couple of patches of ice on the ground outside the motor-home.
